You may have heard the legend of National Elf Service Day – a day on which lots of Santa's elves pop up at businesses, schools and community groups across Bristol and beyond to raise funds for Bristol city centre hospitals!

National Elf Service Day on Friday 14 December is a fantastic and simple way to support our local NHS staff and hospitals. But if you want to take your fundraising a step further, have a look at these challenge events taking place across the South West during the Christmas season and set up a dedicated National Elf Service fundraising page!

Do your local Parkrun dressed as an elf! Better yet, get a team of elves together… chasing Santa!

A 12 Days of Christmas Challenge: Run 1k, 2k, 3k, 4k etc. for the 12 days of Christmas, or become the resident elf in your office for all 12 days.

Get your usual fitness class to don elf hats and have a special National Elf Service class – spin, Boxercise, Body Pump.

Set up a candy cane delivery service at work.
