Severn Bridge 10K or Half Marathon

Run between the sea and the sky over the iconic Severn Bridge 

The Severn Bridge 10K is a fast, flat race over the Severn Bridge and is suitable for people of all abilities.

Starting at the Chepstow end of the bridge, the 10k will be different this year and won't be running on the motorway but is instead planned to run across the bridge via the pavement. 

Whether it's your first 10k or you're wanting to beat your personal best, if you sign up we would love it if you would consider fundraising for us.

How much does it cost to take part?

£18 (£20 non-affiliated)

 How much do I have to raise?

There is no minimum sponsorship, which means you can raise as much as you want for your hospitals with no pressure! We suggest you aim for £100 minimum at which point you’ll get a free branded charity t-shirt or running vest! (Please note we need a week to send these out).

 Where does the race start?

The route starts near J2 of the M48 on the Severn Bridge accessway (actually on the Wye Bridge section) about 10 mins from the event HQ. You will run across the bridge to England and after a small out and back you will head back the way you came and finish in the event HQ just below J2 roundabout

Where can I park?

There is easy access to the race event base and car park from junction 2 of the M48. The free car park areas For early entrants, there is a free car park area within a 10 minutes walk of the race HQ. 

 What time does it start?

10am

 Are there any age restrictions?

Participants must be over 15

 What happens to the money I raise?

The money you raise will help our Bristol city centre hospitals and their staff to do even more to treat and care for patients and their families, wherever the need is greatest.
