Registration is £95 per person.

BWHC Logo sunburst icon How much do I have to raise?

There's no minimum fundraising target for this event, just as much as you can. Our team will be on-hand to support you and make sure you hit whatever target you set for yourself or your team.

You will receive a charity t-shirt or running vest when you reach £100 sponsorship. (Please note we need a week to send these out).

BWHC Logo sunburst icon Where does the challenge start and where can I park?

You will meet at the end of the Talybont reservoir - there's plenty of space for cars. We will then take coach transport to the west side of the Brecon Beacons and hike back to our vehicles.

You will meet at 7:20am at the end of the Talybont reservoir. You'll then take coach transport to the west side of the Brecon Beacons and hike back to the vehicles.

BWHC Logo sunburst icon How many hours will it take?

We expect the total walking time to be around 11 hours although this will vary depending on abilities. A good day out!

BWHC Logo sunburst icon Do I need to train for this event?

As a rough guide, by the challenge, you should be easily walking at a pace of 4km an hour. Training for this is a great excuse to get out and go for a walk or run. There are plenty of hills nearby to get practising! To help you with training, you will be provided with a training plan from Dave Talbot Adventure Events team when you sign-up and a fully qualified guide from the team will be on hand to support you on the day.
