Arranging a funeral collection is a meaningful way for you to support the hospitals in memory of someone special.

It’s very easy to do, the funeral director will usually arrange the collection on your behalf. You’ll just need to let them know that cheques need to made payable to Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity and forwarded to us at this address: Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity, Whitefriars, Lewins Mead, Bristol, BS1 2NT.

Alternatively, you can set up your own funeral collection via MuchLoved by putting in your details below.

DONATION CARDS

We’re also able to provide you or your chosen funeral director with small donation cards (pictured below) that can be placed on seats before the service to enable your family and friends to donate online. These enable family and friends who may not have cash or a cheque book to donate online.

To request our donation cards, please contact Jo on 0117 992 6471 or email [email protected].

When all donations have been received, we will let you know the total amount raised in memory of your loved one.

Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity supporter Sheralyn presented a new piece of equipment to University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust's physiotherapy department in memory of her husband Keith after collecting donations at his funeral.

"I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who treated him. Everyone from the cleaners to the consultants were brilliant and they made a very difficult experience something more bearable," said Sheralyn

Your support will make a big difference to our ten hospitals in Bristol city centre, South Bristol and Weston-super-Mare.

We’re here to support you every step of the way, so if you have any questions or need any help then please contact Jo on 0117 992 6471 or email [email protected]
