Bristol duo Monkey Wrench are donating the sales of their mix 'Edits Vol. 1' to Above & Beyond.

The DJs had originally been planning to release the music for free, but wanted to use the opportunity to support Bristol's city centre hospitals through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Liam and Dec, who make up Monkey Wrench, said: "We decided to release the music via Bandcamp letting people pay what they want for the tracks and give the money made to a good cause. We both felt it was a no-brainer giving the money to an appeal that helps our local NHS staff, as the work they are doing in this unprecedented time is outstanding.

"After some research we felt Above & Beyond seemed like the perfect charity to work with. Reading the comments from NHS staff regarding the Bristol City Centre Hospitals Appeal really made us feel the money was going to be put to great use.

"We really appreciate everyone that’s purchased the tracks so far! Keep an eye out for 'Edits Vol.2' coming very soon."
