A Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity fundraiser is running the 12 days of Christmas to raise money.

Aiming to raise £700, Sally will be starting with 1km on Christmas Day and going right up to 12km on the twelfth day - a total of 78km.

Having already raised £1,300 by running the Bristol 10k in September, Sally is aiming to take her fundraising total to a whopping £2,000.

Sally said: "My daughter Margot was born at St Michael's Hospital in May 2018, and luckily she was born without any complications.  The staff were incredible, particularly when Margot's heart rate started to drop, they worked in a calm and reassuring manner - I will never forget my amazing birthing experience.  

"I'm so grateful for all the staff working tirelessly for people in our Bristol community, and this is my way of saying thank you and doing something great to help other babies and parents who need our support."
