Motability Operations, the company who operate the Motability Car Scheme, has donated £16,449 to Bristol city centre hospitals.

The donation will be used in the area of greatest need, making a huge difference to staff and patients at our hospitals.

Above & Beyond has recently funded a three-year wellbeing programme at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW), ensuring every member of staff at the Trust has access to psychological support if and when they need it.

 Jo Pentland, from Motability Operations, who have offices based in Bristol, said: “We decided to support Above & Beyond as the NHS has done so much for all of us, particularly in the past year. We look forward to seeing the donation benefit Bristol’s hospitals, patients and staff.”

Sarah Pryer, Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships at Above & Beyond, said: “From everyone at Above & Beyond I want to say thank you to Motability Operations for their extremely generous donation.

“It will support staff at Bristol’s hospitals and ensure they can continue to give the best care to patients.”
