THE FUNDRAISERS AT THE HEART OF THE BHI JOHN'S SPINATHON For World Heart Day, John Griffin the spinning legend, is back with another mega 12-hour spinathon. Five years ago John did the same challenge and raised £11,500 for the Bristol Heart Institute. This time round, he's hoping to raise £15,000 to be split equally between the two charities Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity and the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. The 80-year-old is calling on people from across Bristol and North Somerset to join him at the event which is taking place at the health club and spa, Cadbury House in Congresbury on Saturday 30th September.
