The £1 million project will give up to 20% more young patients across the South West the opportunity to take part in life-changing research trials. The pioneering research centre could find treatments and potentially cures for life-limiting conditions such as cystic fibrosis, childhood cancers, neuromuscular diseases and more.Artist impression of the new clinical research facility at Bristol Childrens Hospital

"This groundbreaking facility will transform treatments, cures for poorly children will be discovered, and countless lives will be improved today, tomorrow and well into the future," Said Chris Monk, Chair of Trustees at Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity

This project is joint funded with UHBW NHS Foundation Trust and Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity who launched a massive fundraising appeal, the South West Children's Research Appeal, to help make this centre a reality.

Construction is under way however we still have £43k left to raise to complete the project.

Please support this incredible new research facility and help bring hope to children and their families across the South West.
